A Brand that was simplifying the fragmented healthcare eco-system demanded a simplistic Brand identity and communication strategy, that appealed to tech savvy consumers. From Brand incubation, to investor presentations, to launch and multi-city expansion, the CallHealth Brand was built and promoted using an innovative and refreshing Brand voice that made it stand out from the clutter of undifferentiated healthcare Brands in the market.

The launch Campaign followed a symptom and remedy methodology by first highlighting the pain points of the existing healthcare eco-system that cause patients to procrastinate and make excuses. The Brand was then launched as a cure to the problems plaguing conventional healthcare delivery.

Rational benefits of using a unified and doorstep model of healthcare were highlighted to create an RTB
